Polish language learning gets partner

Since 1948, Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne SA (WSiP) has been running the ProfiLingua chain of foreign language schools and is the leading educational publisher in Poland. Now it’s upping its offering by partnering with Sensations English, an online English language teaching platform, to enrich ProfiLingua’s English language students’ learning.

Sensations English provides games, news videos and lessons that can be accessed anywhere, anytime on phones and computers. They’re aimed at those just starting their language-learning journey right up to advanced English (five CEFR levels). There’s also a professional version for schools and colleges to use to bolster their teaching.

“We are extremely pleased to enter a partnership with Sensations English and look forward to working with them to continue to transform the ELT market across Poland,” says Jerzy Garlicki, CEO, WSiP, “Sensations English reflects our approach to English language teaching and learning as a combination of the highest quality, standards-based, unique digital content, an unparalleled student approach and teacher dedicated solutions that perfectly help accelerate student learning. Sensations English’s commitment to imaginative content is well matched with WSiP’s strategy and mission, aiming to make a positive impact on students’ achievements, and reflects the needs of the 21st-century learner.”
