Online learning boom

The worldwide online English-language learning market will be worth around €8.4 billion this year, according to Polish online language-learning platform startup Novakid. And, within this figure, the youth market will be €2.5 billion.

Aiming to take full advantage of this, and build on its massive growth (14.8% per month in 2021), Novakid has announced its Series B round of investment, worth around €29.4 million. Already the number-one online English language school for kids in Europe, according to J’son & Partners Consulting, Novakid is now looking to expand into Asia, bolster its offering with games and further develop its current content.

The platform puts its success down to an interactive approach combined with native-speaking teachers to create a fully immersive experience.
