The country topping the list of the best European countries to study abroad in is Germany, according to website worldakkam.com.
The reasons for this are that it borders 11 other countries, so it’s an easy jumping off point to explore the rest of Europe; it’s an economic powerhouse and it’s home to some of the world’s best universities, including Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, Technical University of Munich and Heidelberg University, all ranked within the top 50 of the Times Higher Education’s World University Rankings 2022.
It’s also down to the growing number of England-language courses on offer, making it easier for English speakers to do their studying there. But best of all? In almost all instances there are no tuition fees.
